How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Oversized, overweight, and custom items are excluded.

How long does it take to receive a custom order?

S&R Sport makes it painless for your merchandise to arrive at your doorsteps, typically within 4 weeks.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please call 800-231-8295 to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). S&R Sport will not accept returns without prior authorization.

Are there any items I can’t return?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used, worn, altered, personalized, or laundered items
  • Custom items
  • Closeout and bargain bin items
  • All championship/technical suits are special orders. Sales are non-exchangeable, non-cancelable, and non-returnable, except for manufacturer defects.

Where do I send a return or exchange?

Send returns or exchanges to our Torrance warehouse at:

S&R Sport, 2570 W 237th Street, Suite A, 

Torrance, CA 90505. 

Please write the return authorization number on or near the address label. 

Do you pay for return shipping?

All returns must be shipped prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. Protect yourself from loss by insuring packages that are sent by mail or UPS.

How long do I have to return an item?

Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Returned goods must be in original and unused condition and packaging.

Can I get a refund on shipping charges?

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Do you charge a fee for returns?

A 15% restocking fee is added to returns. The restocking fee does not apply to defective items.

Do you charge shipping if I exchange an item?

Exchanged merchandise is subject to shipping and handling charges. 

How long does it take to get my refund?

Allow 3-4 weeks after our receipt of the returned goods for processing returns & exchanges

Do you share my personal information with other companies?

We do not sell, trade, or rent users' personal identification information to others.

What are your custom water polo and swim suits and custom water polo caps made of?

They are made from high-grade PBT Polyester fabric. The Delfina suits and caps are bulletproof, and you won’t see material breakdown or color fade with normal use.

Can I try on a swimsuit?

Health department regulations require that swimsuits be tried on over undergarments.

How are designs printed on the products?

Using a sublimation printing process, all images are dyed into the fabric, so the suit won’t tear, and your design won’t fade or peel off. Our Delfina products give you the most customizable product where you are only limited by your own imagination.

What exactly is a Team Store?

Work with us on a custom team design, then select the products you want for your athletes as well as your spirit wear and fan gear and we will generate your own Online Team Store where you can send your athletes and fans to shop. They place the order, pay us directly, and we ship it to their front door or in bulk to a team admin with all orders individually bagged and tagged. No more hassle with compiling orders or tracking down athletes for money.
