What Are the Options For Customization?

Almost any Delfina product can be customized! You can place your name, logo, mascot, and other designs on towels, water bottles, bags, shorts, shirts, baseball caps, beanies, backpacks, robes, and other items!

Can I Get a Sizing Kit?

We'll send you a sizing kit so that you can measure everyone on your team when you are ready to order. Your credit card will be authorized before sending you the kit, but it won't be charged until you finalize your order. Before that time, you can return items with a provided prepaid shipping label within 45 days of the invoice. Products must be returned in the same condition you received them, including original tags and boxes.

How Much Will Artwork Cost Me?

We offer a free artwork setup to ensure you get your desired design! Our design experts will work with you free of charge!

How Many Colors Can I Have? Is There a Limit?

There is no restriction on the colors of sublimated items. For screen-printed products, you can use any number of colors, but each color adds to the cost.

How Long Will I Have to Wait For My Order to Ship?

Production time is subject to fluctuations depending on the season. Our sales reps will give you an estimate when placing your order. The potential time for a customized product is less than four weeks. In most cases, it will be faster, but we don't want to make a guarantee that we can't always keep!

Is There a Minimum Quantity Requirement?

Sublimated products have a bare minimum order of 12. The minimum for screening and embroidery is 24 of the same design for bulk orders.
