How to Use
Slip your fingers into the straps with the middle finger in the middle strap, and your other two fingers in the side straps. Your palms should be flush with the swim training paddle, and the straps can be adjusted to ensure the paddle fits your hand correctly.
Once on, swim as usual, letting the paddles give you a better feel for the water and how your hand moves through it as you use different strokes. The Speedo tech paddle does work particularly well when practicing freestyle.
