Production

Our production process involves collaboration with esteemed partners across Europe to ensure top-notch quality. Once produced, some items undergo detailed embellishment here in the United States, and through quality control in our warehouse guaranteeing that every product meets our high standards before reaching you.

Product

What items can be customized?

You can customize almost anything! Suits, towels, robes, shirts, shorts, beanies, baseball caps, backpacks, bags, water bottles, and pretty much anything you can think of!

Can I order a sizing kit?

We will furnish you with a sizing kit to size your team members. We require a credit card authorization for the kit. The credit card will only be charged if the suits are not returned with a furnished prepaid shipping label within 45 days of being invoiced. All suits must be returned in the same condition they were received. This includes attached original tags and boxes wheree applicable.

Artwork & Designs

What do you charge for artwork?

We don't charge for artwork! Work with our design experts free of charge!

Is there a limit to the number of colors I can use?

For sublimated products there is no color limitation.
For screened products, there is no limitation, but the product becomes more expensive for every color added.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to ship?

A general rule of thumb is that customized products take 4 weeks to ship. Usually it's quicker, but we don't want to make a promise we can't keep! Production times vary during the year so when you place your order, our sales reps will let you know the estimated ship date.

Are there minimum quantities I need to order?

For sublimated products, the original minimum order is 12.
For screened and embroidered products, the minimum order is 24 garments of the same design.
