Product Description -
Accurate timing systems have become indispensable tools for swimming events. Colorado Timing System has set itself apart as aquatic sports' leading timing and scoring system. Colorado System 6 is used at major events worldwide, including FINA and NCAA Championships.
Colorado Time Systems provides a central timing console that processes incoming and outgoing data.
The Colorado Timing System is all you need for a complete system to handle scoring and timing. This leading-edge technology helps you run any aquatic sports event with confidence that information will be tabulated accurately.
Every system comes equipped with swimming and diving programs. Separately, you can purchase water polo and pace clock software. The additional software is simple, and the convenient keyboard inserts allow you to switch between sports when needed.
Features That Set Colorado Timing System Apart
- Lane Flexibility - Colorado System 6 allows you to shift your race course to the center lane while maintaining the lane numbering standard. It’s the only system that supports as many as 12 lanes.
- Compatible with Meet Management programs such as Hy-Tek Meet Manager and many others.
- Rechargeable Battery - The Colorado Timing System includes a rechargeable battery for backup, so you won’t have to worry about losing power.
- Real-Time Split Handling - Get printouts of split times as they occur.
- Intensity Control - Depending on the time of day, the brightness, and whether the display is indoors or outdoors, you may want different intensities for LED pace clocks and numeric scoreboards. Colorado time systems have built-in intensity controls to adjust the intensity to the ideal level.
- It supports multiple accessories, such as USB or parallel PCL printers, memory sticks for data transfer, and mouse and keyboard support.
- Calculate unlimited splits, both near-end and far-end. Additionally, the system can post subtracted splits to LED matrix displays or to specially configured single-line modules. Another flexible feature is scoreboard cycling, which automatically cycles lanes if there are more lanes in a pool than lines of a numeric scoreboard.
- Lane Re-Arming - Any listed lanes will automatically be turned on after a reset. This prevents lanes from being left off if swimmers are in the next heat.
- Relay Judging - One key benefit of the Colorado Timing System is improving relay judging in swimming competitions. During setup, you can adjust the window of time surrounding the touchpad hit. System 6 searches for an RJP impulse for a limited time, preventing distortions from external actions such as athletes hitting or stretching the blocks.
- Feature Sponsor Messages - You can load sponsor messages that will appear at the top of every results page printout.
- The Largest Screen on the Market - The backlit, full-color 8.4" x 6.3" screen clearly shows all information.
- Intelligent Button-Handling - The Colorado Timing System applies the rules of the ruling governing bodies to backup buttons on a per-lane basis. The relevant rule determines the backup time based on the number of buttons received for a lane.
- Relay Judging Platform (RJP) Technology - RJP lets the timing console automatically measure an incoming swimmer’s finish with the departure of a swimmer leaving the departing block with 1/100th of a second accuracy. When the start time reaction is enabled, the time is posted to the scoreboard.
- Adjust Backup Time Automatically - You can adjust the backup time for a lane with a discrepancy. In cases where backup time adjustment is activated, the Colorado Timing System calculates the average differential across all good lanes and adjusts the backup time accordingly.
- Set Start and Finish - You can tell Colorado Time Systems when an odd or even-length race begins and ends. For example, in a 50m odd-length race, you can set it to start at the far end and finish at the near end. An even-length race would be the reverse, starting at the near end and finishing at the far end.
